Instructor: Erin Cass has over 25 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, with a strong focus on aging services, community health, and program development. For the past six years, she has owned and operated Healthy Aging, a small business dedicated to promoting wellness among older adults. Through contracts with the Washington State Department of Health and Aging and Adult Care of Central Washington, Erin delivers evidence-based fall prevention programs across Lincoln, Adams, Okanogan, Grant, Chelan, and Douglas counties. She serves as a board member of the Wenatchee Valley Senior Activity Center and sits on the advisory board for the Old Friends Club in Wenatchee, demonstrating her deep commitment to supporting older adults in her community.
