What is a virtual village?
A virtual village is an organization of members and volunteers which provides services members want and need so that they can remain at home as long as possible, maintaining independence, and being actively engaged in local civic and cultural activities.

Methow At Home Partners
Methow At Home partners with Lookout Coalition, Room One, Okanogan Palliative Care, Family Health Center, and Jamie's Place to proactively address aging-related issues in the community.
MAH is a leading partner in the local Methow Valley Community-Based Long-Term Care Network - federally funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration to help increase access to care and build health care capacity in rural communities. This network works to support a sustainable community-based model of long-term care delivery that meets the immediate and future needs of our rural seniors.
MAH Services/Benefits
The programs and services offered by Methow At Home are based on member needs and preferences and include things like:
Social events like light hiking, bird watching, happy hours, game nights, potlucks
Transportation to medical appointments, shopping, errands, social and educational events
Household support including minor handyman services, light housekeeping, light gardening or snow shoveling
Personal support including pet walking, social support with a home visit, meal preparation, temporary respite care and help de-cluttering
Technical support for PC's or Mac's and other electronics
Referral to vetted professionals (paid by the members directly) such as handymen, plumbers, and electricians when the requested service is beyond the scope of a volunteer
Empowering educational activities on health and wellness, aging in place, and so much more
What does Membership Cost?
Membership dues are $240 per year for an individual, $360 per year for a two person (or more) household at the same address.
Membership Fee Assistance
Free and partially subsidized memberships are available for those who need assistance with fees.
